Domaine Michel Gros is one of the better names in Vosne. And since there is a famous adage for Burgundy saying “The name of the producer is as important as the name of the vineyard”, this is a crucial piece of information.

Aldo Conterno‘s Il Favot usually contains Nebbiolo stemming from younger vines (less than 20 years old) and is meant to be a deeply coloured but smooth and thus easy to drink Piemont-wine.
