Champagne Louis Nicaise Rosé – Nicht nur zu Wurst gut

Es ist im Gange, das große Umdenken in Sachen Champagner. So zumindest eine zurecht unter Weinfreaks verbreitete Wunschvorstellung. Auf jeden Fall tut sich was im deutschen Handel. Denn es gibt in dieser Region über die Weine der allgemein bekannten Handelsmarken hinaus viel zu entdecken. Das magische Wort heisst Winzerchampagner. Also Champagner, der vom Weinberg bis auf die Flasche durch ein Weingut verantwortet wird.
