Hmm… Cumin seeds, cilantro, chilis, crushed garlic..
After a quick transit through the oven… On the corner a casserole where a secret mix of spices ( I reckon cardamome seeds cinnamon among others..) is unfolding its flavours in melting butter…

Thanks Aqil, probably the most flavourful and balanced curry I had until today. I’ll try to reproduce this some day but I guess I need some help with the remaining ingredients. Was there some lemon or lime in it?
