It isn’t a big secret anymore that Rieslings are a nice match with Asian food. Thus It has become a fun ritual for me to bring along 1 or 2 bottles of Germanys wines whenever I go visiting my brother in Malaysia. I kinda love drinking it at the foodstalls on the street where it’s hot and steamy, but putting it on ice is a must.
